Make a Pair of Hoop Earrings

For this class you can have a go at making your very own pair of silver hoop earrings! Hoops are such a great go to piece of jewellery and now you can learn to make your own! Bex will take you through the process step by step and will be on hand to help you out along the way. You will learn new skills such as sawing, texturing, soldering, filing, hammering and polishing

At the end you'll have your very own piece of handmade contemporary jewellery to take home!

There will be different examples of hoop earring styles to show you, where you can decide what sort of size and style of hoop you would like to make, deciding on the best design for your new favourite earrings!

The workshop is run from Bex’s studio in Chapter Arts Centre in Canton, Cardiff. The workshop is three hours which means we have lots to pack in. Lunch/dinner won’t be provided but some snacks and refreshments will be on hand. Bex will be in touch to enquire about any dietary requirements.

No prior experience is needed.
