Lino Print Your Own Christmas Cards

Come and get crafty this festive season, and learn how to lino print your own Christmas cards!

In this experience, you will be designing and printing your own set of 6 Christmas cards. You will use specialist tools and techniques to lino print your design onto card.

Lino printing is an artistic technique, where a design it carved into a sheet of linoleum before being inked up and put through a printing press. This creates original, striking and bold images.

Your host for this workshop is an experienced artist and printmaker, who will be there with plenty of tips and guidance along the way.

What to expect:

  • Learn how to create a lino print
  • Choose from a selection of festive stencils to make your design
  • Be shown how to carve your design using tools
  • Choose from lovely gold and silver inks
  • Try your hand at printing your cards with the printing press!
  • Cards and envelopes will be provided

This workshop is a great way to have fun with crafts during the festive season. Learn how to make lino prints and leave with a set of unique Christmas cards to send to your loved ones!
