Learn to knit for beginners

Got absolutely no idea how to knit? Brilliant. This is the workshop for you.

You'll learn the very basics of knitting in this half-day workshop at Gloucester Road's Flo-Jo fabrics.

In this 2.5hr masterclass you’ll learn:

• What the heck all the yarn weights and needle sizes are about
• How to cast on and get started
• How to work a knit and a purl stitch
• How to cast off and finish your work

The cost of your ticket covers needles, yarn, handouts, tea, coffee, and biscuits. So all you need to do is bring yourself and some enthusiasm too! Leave the rest to your wonderful hosts. You'll be knitting your own wardrobe and Christmas decorations before you know it...
