Breathe new life into your knits using a variety of different darning techniques. During three evenings we'll explore the world of darning and the different techniques available.
We'll start with some basic english darning (like in my weaving patch workshop), move on to swiss darning and finally explore decorative techniques like honeycomb darns, chain stitch darns and more!
Along the way you'll also learn about different materials to use and how to decide which technique is suitable for which garment and project.
What to expect:
Different darning techniques are suitable for a variety of different garments and materials but they are most suitable for knitted items such as woolly jumpers or socks.
