Learn how to make this popular Thai street food dish from scratch. This much-loved Thai favourite is made from stir fried rice noodles with chicken breast, topped with nuts, spring onions and fresh crunchy beansprouts.
Thai Green Curry with Fragrant Jasmine Rice:
A genuine Thai Green Curry should be light and fragrant with a good kick of spice. Learn how to cook this wonderful dish by understanding how to blend together the correct ingredients for the spice paste. You will then use this to make the dish garnished with freshly chopped coriander and thinly sliced chilli.

Founder Tina is originally from Java island in Indonesia. She grew up surrounded by lush rice paddies. As far back as Tina can remember, she used to help her mum prepare and sell her delicious homemade cooking to the surrounding villages.
Since moving to the UK over 10 years ago, Tina has learnt to experiment with ingredients and spices that she's grown up with to liven up and give a twist to everyday meals. Even the BBC were intrigued enough by Tina's background to come visit her at My Exotic Kitchen where she was featured on James Martin Home Comforts. She's excited to share her best-kept secrets with you!
