The Art of Self-Care: Yoga & Massage Ritual

This Art of Self-Care workshop promises to be a nourishing experience designed to bring awareness to your mind and body. Using the gentle and powerful ancient Ayurvedic practices of yoga and massage you will learn self-care techniques to enhance your wellbeing.

What to expect:

  • A workshop supporting you with gentle movement, massage and self-care tips
  • A gentle yoga asana and pranayama practice involving breath work to balance the heart chakra
  • Your knowledgeable host with over 20 years of experience guiding you throughout
  • Learning simple and effective self-massage techniques that help to stimulate circulation, soothe muscle tension, reduce anxiety and stress
  • A massage oil blend using warming and uplifting essential oils in a base provided on the day

COVID-19 guidelines

  • Your host follows all relevant guidance and legislation regarding close contact services. They hold a certificate in COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control (taken in 2020)
  • Your host wants everyone to feel comfortable attending. Experiences are all being offered in a Covid conscious way to keep everyone safe
  • Your host will provide sanitiser on the day.
  • Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is isolating.

On the day

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the class
  • Please wear suitable clothing for the workshop. Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in easy for the yoga session. (Tops, t-shirts or vests that will allow you to massage your arms and neck.)
  • Bring a yoga mat and a small towel
  • Your host wants you to feel safe and will take an LFT on the day of the event and kindly asks that guests do the same.
