Equality Dancing: Latin and Ballroom Weekly Class

Love Strictly and want to give it a go? Want to dance with your same gender partner or your mates, or meet new people? Do you want to choose, or take turns to lead or follow? This social dancing class is for LGBTQ+ people and their friends. Don't worry if you're a complete beginner - we will bring you right up to speed in no time! Beginners are welcome at 8pm. For those with some dance experience there is an improvers class at 7.15pm. Get down the essential figures and techniques to free yourself on the dancefloor!

What to expect:

• An introduction to Latin and ballroom dances taught in six week blocks, drop in attendance by arrangement.
• Learn basic steps and techniques
• Discover your Strictly favourites from the waltz to rumba and cha cha cha
• Have fun trying out something new
• Learn fun party dances and line dances

No dance experience is required and you don't need to bring a partner - unless you want to! This host can't wait to welcome you onto the dance floor.
