I became obsessed with crochet at university and have since expanded my skills into knitting and sewing. My favourite style is free-form crochet, but I also enjoy creating wearable items through knitting and sewing. I bring my skills and knowledge to assist you in making your own crochet designs, all within a relaxed, informal environment that nurtures your creativity. I hope you leave my workshops obsessed with crafting as I am!
I'm Sophie, a keen knitter since I was 5 years old! My mum needed to distract me while she was pregnant with my brother. Many many years later, I'm still knitting as well as teaching and facilitating groups.
I get a lot of pleasure from other people knitting as I would for my own projects. I would like to bring the same joy I feel about knitting to as many people as I can!
I also have a knitting podcast which you can check out here: https://www.knitknitwild.co.uk/
