Learn how to draw cartoon style characters with one of Bristol’s prominent street artists Ejits!
This workshop is geared towards creating a relaxed space for kids and grown-ups to explore their creativity and learn the skills to draw cartoony characters they will love. All are welcome but it's worth noting that this workshop is not for very young children as the skills you will learn require some dexterity.
Emily (Ejits) will guide you through the entire process of creating a charming, cartoon-style character illustration in her signature style. You'll start with drawing, then add colour using Posca paint markers, and then finish the piece with some embellishments. You will have fun along the way and be encouraged to put your own spin on it.
Emily will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and provide guidance and feedback to help you improve your work.
All the necessary materials will be provided, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and creativity.
At the end of the session, you will have completed an illustration of your own unique Ejits-style character, and you will leave with the skills and confidence to continue creating cute and lovable characters of your own!

We really enjoyed it, can't wait for the next one! Lovely to have a creative outlet for my little one.
So much fun to do this workshop with my two boys (10 and 8). Emily was a brilliant host and we all came away with some fun artwork. Would definitely recommend.
My daughter and I really enjoyed the family illustration workshop. We found it therapeutic and has given us the inspiration to create more at home. Thank you Ejits
Was a lovely experience to do with my daughter, we had a fabulous chilled afternoon learning how to draw a unicorn in ejits style. Would highly recommend this!!!
Had a great time learning Ejit's techniques. Was a really relaxing class, that I really enjoyed joining in with. My daughter had a great time too. She was so excited, and continued making tons of new artworks when we got home, using the techniques from class to make lots of her own creations.
My daughters loved the event and have not stopped talking about it.
Emily Eejits made it an easy to follow workshop and really fun. My daughter and I came away with great drawings and I’d book with Eejits again
This was my second workshop with Emily. Having enjoyed her Valentine's adult workshop so much, I didn't want the kids to miss out, also inviting friends along to her Easter family workshop!
We had so much fun creating our ' Ejits Easter bunnies', tutored fantastically by Emily.
We loved giving our characters individuality and watched them come alive at each step, choosing facial features, colours and delighting in the posca pens.
The kids haven't stopped asking when we can go back!
Relaxed welcoming atmosphere and Emily was so kind and supportive when explaining how to achieve the illustration. Lovely family session.
