This Hatha yoga class will incorporate mantra, steady postures, intuitive movement and dynamic flows with a meditative focus on breath. Carrie’s style is traditional yet creative, clearly communicated, encouraging and explorative of physical and mental capabilities, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yoga and its philosophy.
You can expect an authentic and relaxed atmosphere that is open to everyone.

Carrie likes to explore fun ways to move the body, balancing challenging asanas with the calm and stillness of meditation. A keen acro yogi as well as yoga teacher, her classes are dynamic and playful. Expect fun flows, strength building asanas, a variety of inversions, ending in a long relaxation to help you unwind.
Carrie completed her 200 hour training in power vinyasa yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga, 200 hour in hatha at the Bristol School of Yoga, 50 hours in Kids and Teens yoga and Partner yoga in 2021.
