Get together with friends for a mindfulness group meditation, followed by a lovely light lunch at a peaceful studio in the Chew Valley, ending your afternoon with a guided relaxation & crystal & Tibetan bowl sound bath.

The studio was established by Paula, a qualified (with distinction) British School of Meditation teacher to bring meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing days to everyone in a lovely relaxed countryside setting. Breathe’s experiences are ideal for those looking for a day of self care and relaxation.

Paula Hewitt

Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
