Your experience will incorporate a guided meditation and relaxation session that will let you slip into your day with a blissful sense of wellbeing.
A heavenly chance to get together with friends, celebrate the present and look after each other’s mental health. To complete this lovely, wellbeing experience tea & cake refreshments are included. With relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces, this studio provides tranquil surroundings come rain or shine.
Please note that the minimum number required to book this experience is a group of 6 people, with a maximum group of 10. If you don't see a date or time to suit your group please get in touch with the host and they will do their best to find a convenient date for your you.

The studio was established by Paula, a qualified (with distinction) British School of Meditation teacher to bring meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing days to everyone in a lovely relaxed countryside setting. Breathe’s experiences are ideal for those looking for a day of self care and relaxation.
Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
