Jaz was superb, really fun morning
We loved the graffiti class and our creations that we got to take home. The host was super knowledgable and made it really fun. We would defo come back again & have told our friends about it! Thanks so much 🤗
My daughter & I loved the graffiti workshop. The two guys running it were knowledgeable and encouraging and the brief history of graffiti they gave was really interesting. Two hours went by far too fast! Highly recommend!
Had a great time, would recommend
It was really fun to get creative, everyone's designs ended up really cool. The direction was concise and helpful, it was great experimenting with different mediums and the host was friendly and encouraging.
Had an amazing time! Sophie’s a brilliant host, we will definitely be back!
The Host was very knowledgeable about Graffitti and the history of Graffitti in Bristol as well so you learn while trying out techniques and styles yourself. We made a name board and used stencils and spraypaint on canvas. The location is also very cool.
Jasmine was brilliant and we had lots of fun making our tags and stencils. Would definitely recommend for a fun weekend activity in Bristol!
My daughter and I went. Great group, diverse, fun and something different. Good intro to the history of grafitti in Bristol
A really well-organised and enjoyable session - definitely something I'd recommend to anyone who's interested in Graffiti and how the art form started. So interesting to see how much it grew in and around Bristol.
Loved this event and came away our own stencilled artworks and graffiti name signatures, feeling very street. It was well organised, tutors were knowledgeable and encouraging and the venue itself extremely interesting - almost worth doing the workshop for that alone. Highly recommend this experience.
Nice relaxed atmosphere and interesting venue. Jasmine explained briefly about the rise of graffiti in the US and then in Bristol in the 80s followed by a guided session on how to make a tag. We then used spray paints to make a stencilled design. The 2 hours were just right and passed quickly.
A wonderful activity to do whether you are creative or not. Age range at our session was between 6 & 50. Everybody loved it, plus was fascinating to view the old police station still in great order.
So fantastic to deal with Graft, from initial enquiry to personalised gift voucher for my daughters birthday to clear joining instructions to a fun, informative, friendly, creative workshop. Would def recommend, thank you so much, it was brilliant and just right balance of information, basic tuition and encouragement. Thanks Graft 👍👍👍
Two hours flew by! It was great fun.
Great facilitation, warm, friendly approach. Fun, creative experience. Take away your artwork as a keepsake. Thank you Graff
I attended with my 11 yr old Arthur. We had a truly amazing experience. From meeting Jasmine at the Island entrance she was the perfect host. Knowledgeable about graffiti history, extremely helpful and engaged with the art activities and just great to be around. We really enjoyed the experience and the only critique is that I could have done this for another 2 hours. Maybe have completed a larger piece of work collaboratively. Great location. Could have spent more time looking around! Thanks!
