Join us for an evening of creative exploration with Fluid Art!
Discover the mesmerizing world of acrylic pouring and unleash your inner artist in a relaxed, supportive environment. In this hands-on workshop, you'll explore a variety of pouring techniques and create your own stunning, abstract art pieces on canvas.
Acrylic pouring is a thrilling and unpredictable art form where vibrant acrylic paints, thinned with a pouring medium, are poured onto canvas to form beautiful patterns and textures. The results are always unique—expect swirls, cells, and unexpected color combinations that will surprise and delight you.
Your evening begins with a fun introduction to colour theory, where you’ll choose a palette of your favourite colours. Your host, Gemma, will then demonstrate a range of pouring techniques, showing you how to create beautiful designs and effects. After the demo, you’ll have plenty of time to experiment and practice before creating your own masterpieces on canvas.
By the end of the session, you’ll take home two stunning canvases—created by you! The workshop is completely beginner-friendly, so whether you’re an experienced artist or trying something new, you'll find inspiration and encouragement throughout the evening.
This is a fantastic opportunity to relax, get creative, and connect with others. Whether you come with friends or come solo to meet new people, you’re guaranteed a fun and fulfilling experience.
Tea, coffee, and light refreshments are provided—feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks to make the evening even more enjoyable.

Hello! My name is Gemma... I am a crafty queen with a huge interest in fiber arts.
Curious for all things arty & crafty I found a love for macramé during lockdown. The mindful elements of this practice helped me power through some difficult times and so I began to host workshops to share the joy with others. I love holding space for groups of people and helping them get into their creative flow - so I'm super excited to come together with Tasha to bring more creativity in to the world!
I teach a variety of different mediums and am always so excited to see what people create :)
