Welcoming all women from all walks of life to join us in circle to be held, empowered and witnessed exactly as you are. To connect to your wild woman. To connect with other like-minded women. "Empowered women empower women".

What to expect: Connection to self and other women. Opening circle - Grounding meditation - Embodied movement - Connection and space held for each woman to share whatever she feels called to - Goddess cards - Homemade snacks, tea and cordial - Closing circle and ritual

Please note this circle will be held at ‘The Womb Room’ circular yurt in Westbury Wildlife Park. Please use the surrounding roads for parking.

This is an offering for those who are seeking a safe space to be seen, heard and held by other like-minded women. Our circles are created for any woman looking to join a beautiful community (not just in the circles we hold, but the ever-growing community of women we've brought together over the past 2 years). We also run our closed circle series - a 6 month commitment to deepening connection to self and other women through working with the archetypes over a 6 month period (one circle per month).

Women's Circles with Megan & Nicole

Megan & Nicole's monthly Women's Circles are designed for all women. They are a chance to celebrate one another and come together. Their circles include gentle movement, guided relaxation, intention setting and a space for guests to share whatever they're feeling.

This is a safe space where guests can be seen, heard and held by other like-minded women. Maybe you're looking to join a beautiful community - look no further. All women are welcomed - no previous experience of yoga or meditation is needed.

Megan Day (She/Her)

Megan facilitates trauma-informed yoga specialising in mental health, alongside a host of other therapeutic practices and events. After her own journey reconnecting with her cycle and having completed trainings specific to women’s health, she is now focusing her attention on supporting women. She believes that a woman’s power lies in her connection with her cyclical nature and with other women, which has inspired her co-creation of women’s circles in Bristol with Nicole.

Nicole King (She/Her)

Nicole is a moon-gazing, feminine embodying, nature-wandering, lover of Mother Earth. Her wish is to share the gift of yoga and to hold space for all women to connect with their sacred feminine. She believes in the power of embracing both flow and rest. Nicole incorporates both these qualities into the yoga classes and women's circles that she facilitates.
