5-Week Art Club For Adults: Unwind, Create & Play

Looking for time and space to explore creativity and unleash your inner artist? Join us in Creatopia for our weekly art club for adults! A space to unwind, create, meet new people and try fun, feelgood and playful art making practices that are a little different to the usual ... All abilities are welcome and each session is beginner-friendly, as we dive into a truly tantalising range of arty activities.

Each week will focus on a different form of art making, with a wide range of materials and equipment available to play with and learn about ... We love to encourage creative play and our art club is your chance to explore and play with all that the Creatopia studio has to offer!

We will be sharing some of our favourite art practices with you, and are excited to introduce you to a whole range of different techniques.

What to expect?

A focus on tactile, playful and sometimes downright magical methods such as...

  • Lino printing to create cards, tote bags & more

  • Water marbling to create mesmerising patterns on paper and 3d objects

  • Playing with printing repeating patterns on fabric

  • Playful pottery making & painting

  • Monoprinting with gel plates to create unique, colourful prints

  • Felt making, working with wool to create fuzzy art pieces or wearable garments

  • Fluid art, using acrylic pouring techniques to create abstract canvases

You will leave each week with new additions to your sketchbook, and a new piece of art created by yours truly... All the materials we use are of a high quality, so you can expect art gallery worthy results!

Lots of fun, laughter and silly games along the way. The Art Club is a great way to meet new people - many people come along alone and leave with new friendships :)

Art club is a time to relax, explore and get creative - make a mess and not have to tidy up ;) These sessions are the perfect way to carve out some time for yourself and explore your creative side. Give your well-being a boost while getting your hands messy!
