Fancy a beautiful bike ride along the Strawberry Line Cycle Path, fuelled by a hearty cooked breakfast? Then join your hosts, Strawberry Line Cycle Project, for a morning of delicious food and leisurely cycling.
What to expect:
Upon arrival guests can select a breakfast from the Strawberry Line Cafe's menu (vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available). After a hearty home-cooked breakfast, riders will have a briefing from one of The Strawberry Line team. They’ll explain your chosen route, give you plenty of tips and get you set up on your bike. They’ll be available on the phone throughout the day, in case you have any problems.
After your briefing, it's time to set off on your adventure. The Strawberry Line's mostly traffic-free level path is one option made for novice cyclists. This peaceful route runs for 9 miles from Yatton station to Cheddar offering an 18-mile round trip - the perfect trip out! Along the way, pass orchards, woodlands, valleys, wetlands and a nature reserve. If you're feeling adventurous, let those limbs take you off-piste and lap up scenic views elsewhere.

Great way to spend a day.
We had a lovely day! Would definitely recommend this as a great plan over the weekend. We started with a tasty and huge cooked breakfast served by the friendly cafe staff then we hopped on our bikes and enjoyed a few hours casually cycling towards Cheddar and back. We got lucky with the weather in March but it is still picturesque enough to enjoy in the rain! We'll be going back soon :)
Had a perfect day. The cafe staff were super friendly and I enjoyed the cooked breakfast. It was a sunny day and ideal for a cycle along the cycle path. My daughter and I will come again.
Great way to spend a day.
