During the course of the evening you will make Buchujeon pancakes, Korean ‘Fried’ Chicken served with pickled mooli radish - Beansprout Salad (Sookju Namool) - Kimchi Fried Rice
You will be taken through a range of skills and techniques including basic knife skills, pan frying, stir frying, recipe adaptions, presentation suggestions.

There's a car park next door for guests on Oxford Streets. We are a 10-15 minute walk from Temple Meads station. There are bike racks nearby for cyclists.
