Cook a Japanese Feast!

Discover how to make some classic Japanese dishes in this evening cooking class with Little Kitchen.

Your host, is an expert cook and will take you through the recipe for each dish step by step in Little Kitchen's spacious Totterdown base.

What you'll be making:

Hand shaped Gyoza with ponzu dipping sauce Katsu curry with pickles and rice

Whether you’re a complete beginner when it comes to cooking, or an intermediate cook looking to try some new dishes, you'll finish up with a delicious Japanese themed meal. All ingredients are included, equipment will be provided, and recipe cards will be available to take home so you can cook these delicious dishes time and again.

Little Kitchen invites you to bring a drink (or two!) to enjoy whilst you cook, or to accompany your finished meal as part of this dine-in experience. You're also welcome to take your meal home to enjoy later on.

Dot is a fully trained cooking teacher and is particularly inspired by French flavours and recipes. She has been with Little Kitchen since 2019 and loves to share her culinary skills with all the people who come along to her cooking experiences. Her favourite dishes are savoury ones packed full of flavour.
