Clay Club – Make a Hand-Built Vase

Introducing our new monthly Clay Club in the Crafter's Corner!

Want to give have a go at hand building? Come and join us in our beautiful Crafter's Corner space and learn how to hand build and decorate a beautiful functional vase.

Chief Creative Becky will walk you through the building process, and the rest of the team will ensure you have a nice cup of tea or coffee to enjoy throughout the session!

You will be using a slab building technique for this build… then shaping, moulding and painting a lovely piece that will be an ideal home for blooms to live for years to come.

• Step-by-step guidance on slab, coil, and pinch techniques
• Opportunity to shape, mould, and decorate your own functional vase
• Glazing and firing of your piece, ready for collection in two weeks
