Join Pottymouth ceramicists Meredith Mason and Naomi Stokes to handbuild your own festive pottery tea light holder at No.1 Harbourside. A true independent place for people, the perfect place to get creative this festive season!
You will be guided through all the stages of the handbuilding techniques to make the perfect artisanal ornament, a sustainable alternative with a personal touch. A perfect time to get together with friends, family and coworkers to try your hand at pottery!
You'll create your own unique clay Christmas decoration, that can be brought out year after year. Once the piece is formed, you can spend time adding extra elements and decorating the clay surface with colourful slips provided or adding further textures.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience. You're encouraged to come along with an open mind and playfulness to really make the most of this unique approach to making.
Your finished item will be left with your hosts who will fire and glaze your work, ready for collection 2-3 weeks after.
*FOOD MUST NOT BE CONSUMED DURING THE WORKSHOP, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY IF YOUR'RE PLANNING TO EAT AT THIS VENUE *
