On this Chinese cookery class, make healthier and cheaper alternatives in the comfort of your own home. During the class through demonstration and hands on cooking, you will make some typical Chinese dishes for example:
Duck Pancakes, Prawn toasts, Classic Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken
What do you need to know before coming to a Cookery class at Cooking it?
We sell tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages which you can purchase from us. please do not bring your own or a £5 per person will be applicable for corkage. All timings for the classes include the dinning. All classes are 100% hands-on.
The hosts can cater for different diets on request, but some cuisines may be tricky to adapt. If in doubt, just ask. Please let us know of any dietary requirements before you come, so we can prepare accordingly.
Over 14s are welcome with a full-paying adult (they must have their own ticket). Please bring your own containers to take the food away with you. We're trying to reduce waste as much as possible, and we're sure you have some tupperwares at home. And don't forget to bring your own apron, if you want to use one. All timings for the classes include dining.

Paul started his work in kitchens washing dishes as a 15 year old, and soon grew to love the hustle and bustle of this industry. He’s now worked as a professional chef for 24 years in kitchens all over the UK, as well as the U.A.E and Netherlands. As well as sharing his love for food at Cooking It, Mark also works at the National Chef Academy as Vice Principal, combining his passion for food and teaching with enthusiastic apprentice chefs. As a chef he’s willing to try anything and is always on the lookout for unique flavour combinations.
