Bristol’s premier Christmas concert, Carols by Candlelight sells out fast every year. Hear the Cathedral Choir, listen to seasonal readings, and join in with festive favourites. We are delighted that John Telfer (The Archers, Bergerac) will once again be returning as our reader.

There will be an interval with drinks available to purchase from the bar.

  • Bristol Cathedral operates a Challenge 25 policy so bring ID if you plan to buy a drink at the bar
  • We recommend using public transport to get here. Use buses to the City Centre, Park Street, or Avon Street. Temple Meads Station is one mile away
  • The nearest car parks are Millennium Square, College Street, or Trenchard Street
