The Chef: Immy Mucklow

Immy is a London-based chef, food stylist and recipe developer with over 4 years in the kitchen business. With sustainability at the heart of her cooking, she puts seasonal and locally sourced ingredients first and can often be found experimenting with all sorts of pickles and ferments. With Irish roots, she graduated from Ballymaloe Cookery School and initially spent time working in restaurant kitchens before finding herself in the world of food styling and private cheffing.

The Music:

Bryony Dunn & The Forest - Bryony Dunn, Jake Andrews and Harley Henson create timeless manifestations for those that seek escape from the cityscape. Their debut EP ‘‘Burning Fields’ (30th Aug) harnesses the wilds of Pembrokeshire, a mountain of 70s analogue gear, and a converted chapel created work that would sit comfortably on a shelf between Blue Weekend and Rumours.
