Start your day with an invigorating running tour through Brighton, blending exercise, history, and stunning sights. We’ll jog at a gentle pace - this tour is for everyone - making stops along the way to catch your breath, learn some fascinating history, and appreciate the unique character of Brighton.
We begin at the iconic Upside Down House, a quirky and fun landmark that immediately sets the tone for the day. After a brief warm up. we’ll jog along the seafront, As we pass Brighton Pier, we’ll take a moment to learn more about its history.
From the seafront, we briefly make our way into Kemptown before going into the Lanes, Brighton’s historic shopping district. This maze of narrow, cobbled streets, dating back to the city’s early days, offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern flair.
Continuing on, we’ll jog to the Pavilion Gardens, home to the magnificent Royal Pavilion. This exotic, Indian-inspired palace built for King George IV is one of Brighton’s most iconic landmarks.
Our next stop will be North Laine, Brighton’s bohemian hub, known for its vibrant mix of independent shops, creative studios, and street art. As we run through this energetic district, we’ll take in the eclectic atmosphere that makes North Laine one of Brighton’s most unique areas.
Finally, we’ll jog around the city center and finish in the heart of town. To finish, we’ll cool down with some gentle stretching to ease any tension in your muscles and help your body relax after the workout.
