You'll start with a meditation session to calm your thoughts and focus on your breathing. Then you'll move on to a yin yoga class, where you'll practice floor-based, slow-paced stretches that target your deep connective tissues and improve your flexibility.
You'll end with a guided relaxation and a sound bath, where you'll listen to soothing sounds from Tibetan and crystal bowls to create a healing vibration.
You'll also get to enjoy a delicious supper, included in the price. This mini retreat is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness, and you will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to face the world.

The studio was established by Paula, a qualified (with distinction) British School of Meditation teacher to bring meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing days to everyone in a lovely relaxed countryside setting. Breathe’s experiences are ideal for those looking for a day of self care and relaxation.
Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
