'Breathe!' Gentle & Restorative Breathwork & Yoga

With so much external stimulation sometimes you just need to slow things down and let your mind and body rest.. These sessions will teach you fundamental relaxation techniques such as breathwork, yoga, and Qigong which will help you manage the stresses of day-to-day life.

Through slow gentle Qigong/yoga movements and gentle breathwork you will learn how to restore balance and calmness throughout the body and mind.

This class is suitable for newcomers to breathwork and movement, but also those with more experience.

  • We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early so that you have time to settle into your surroundings.
  • There is plenty of on road parking and only a couple of minutes walk from the main route bus stops.
  • We advise to wear comfortable loose warm clothing.
  • Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are provided.

Dean is a Certified Breathwork coach and Cold Therapy instructor. Specialising in sports performance, Clinical a more traditional breathwork styles, he also works closely with young people, children and adults with respiratory illness, sleep disorders and anxiety. Dean offers a wide range of classes from Contrast Therapy and meditation sessions, to Wim Hof Fundamental workshops.
