This private group experience will be a relaxing day of meditation and mindfulness in a tranquil studio situated in the beautiful Chew Valley countryside, near Bristol.
This is a beginners meditation workshop guiding through a range of techniques to take forward into your daily life to support health & wellbeing. A lovely lunch is included and the day will end with a guided relaxation sound bath session. A great day for a group of friends looking learn meditation & mindfulness techniques or work team building days to support mental health & wellbeing.

The studio was established by Paula, a qualified (with distinction) British School of Meditation teacher to bring meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing days to everyone in a lovely relaxed countryside setting. Breathe’s experiences are ideal for those looking for a day of self care and relaxation.
Paula trained with the British School of Meditation and is a meditation mindfulness teacher with a background in health and fitness. Paula is passionate about bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to all and enjoys passing on her meditation and mindfulness techniques during relaxing and enjoyable wellbeing days.
