EmailJoin founder Shiv in a 3-hour wall-hanging workshop, where she’ll take you behind the seams of our sustainable textiles. Then it’s over to you. Working on a small handheld frame loom, you'll learn how to start and finish weaves, explore different fibres and craft a range of simple and effective techniques.

All yarn is rescued from British mills. With every warp and weft, you’ll be helping close the loop on the fast-fashion textiles industry.
Looms and tools are laser cut from environmentally friendly plywood in Brighton.
Making things by hand has been proven to decrease stress, relieve anxiety and improve mental health.

There will be a maximum of six people per workshop. Each participant will have their own workspace. Hand sanitiser will be provided. Please do not visit if you have symptoms or are feeling unwell.
On the day
To ensure a prompt start, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before the workshop commences.
Limited parking is available at the studio on the driveway, which should be free on Saturday morning. However, please be aware that using the driveway could potentially lead to blockages. Thus, we recommend utilising the free parking near the studio on Freehold Terrace, Popes Folly, Upper Hollingdean Road, Davey Drive, Horton Road, and Dudley Road.
