3 week evening or full day Beginner Machine Sewing course at Creative Space.
Get to know your way round your sewing machine and learn the basic techniques through a series of small projects to take home. Choose from our 3 week evening course or opt to do it as a full day workshop. See dates and times below.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is no availability for the date you would like to book please message me and I may be able to open more spaces.
The course includes threading and setting up, different stitches, hemming, inserting a zip, making and joining pieces of a simple pattern. Includes sewing machines and accessories but if you have your own machine you would like to use please bring it along. We always advise that it's better to learn on your own machine if you have one.

The day was fabulous. I learned loads about how to use a sewing machine and came back with knowledge to try some things out myself.
Can't wait to get the templates of the things we learned so I can get practicing.
Good fun and learnt a lot.
