Did you know a planetarium can also be an aquarium? This brand new family-friendly pop-up 'aquarium' is the ideal outing for families with young children looking for an enriching yet fuss-free experience this summer.
Children can play and be themselves with a 360° cinema experience specially designed for little ones, full of brightly-coloured tropical fish and captivating dreamy dolphins!
Babies and toddlers will be wide-eyed as our adventure begins with beautiful blue planet Earth turning in space, before we dive under the waves to explore the ocean!
Our little divers will encounter starfish, hermit crabs and camouflaged seahorses; sea snakes, eels and turtles; as well as many unusual glow-in-the-dark coral reef creatures.
Next it's time to strap in and delve deeper inside a scientific submarine! In the darkest depths of the ocean we encounter strange looking eels, fanged fish and giant jellyfish.
On resurfacing we unwind with a relaxing 360° ocean waltz, and end our underwater odyssey visiting a fantasy world of flying dolphins.
Join us for this unique child-friendly adventure under the waves!

The kids (3 and 6) loved the under the sea session. Personal touch from the host and narrator. We hope you will be back to Arnos Vale again next year.
Great fun, the kids loved it. The host was very welcoming and great with the (very excited) children!
Our colourful inflatable dome, located in the beautiful 45 acre garden at Arnos Vale, is home to immersive educational events and 360° planetarium shows!
Enjoy guided tours of the night sky, journey across the Solar System, and handle a famous meteorite from outer space. Ask any astronomy question you wish and have it answered with spellbinding visuals on the dome. This summer we also turn our planetarium into an aquarium!
