EmailCome and join your host for a fun, family-friendly printmaking workshop. You'll learn how to use low-tech printmaking techniques to create your very own Bristol Balloon print!
This fun activity is the perfect way to spend some one-on-one time with a little person in your life. You will leave with a piece of artwork you have made together. Not only something to add joy and colour to your walls, but something extra special that captures lots of lovely memories.
This adult & child workshop (6yrs+) has been adapted from your host's popular adults-only class. During the workshop you will use pre-cut paper stencils, printmaking inks and rollers to create a beautiful piece of artwork. Leave with massive smiles and float away on cloud nine!
Please note: each ticket is for one adult and one child.

We really enjoyed our day screen printing. Liz was a lovely host and the place was ideal. We are really impressed with what we managed to create and very grateful that Liz gave us the opportunity to make a second piece. Thank you. We have a lovely piece of art!

We had a fun afternoon creating our balloon prints, we all enjoyed it aged from 7 to 71. I would recommend it. I suspect all creations end up looking great, whatever the skill level of the participants.

A lovely activity to do with kids, we had time to make 2 prints and gave one as a gift to Grandma, great value!

- Your host will always do their best to make everyone feel comfortable at the workshop - Please let them know if you have any concerns
On the day
- The workshop will be held in the craft room at Windmill Hill City Farm
- Please arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled before the workshop begins
- Parking on the surrounding streets is free on weekends but can be busy so please allow time to find a space
- All materials are provided
- Printmaking is messy, I will have aprons you can borrow but also advise wearing clothes you don't mind getting inky
- The farm is free to enter and there is a lovely cafe on site

Slow Sunday is founded and run by multi-disciplinary artist Liz Clayton. Join Liz for relaxing printmaking and creative workshops. These experiences are not only designed to introduce you to new, interesting techniques - they offer a slice of time away from your busy schedules to spend a couple of hours at a slower pace.
