Ticketing
All tickets are non-refundable. For details, see Participant Terms and Conditions displayed at the point of booking.
You will receive your e-ticket(s) from Yuup via email. This will be sent from: hello@yuup.co (please check your junk or spam folders in case it’s gone there). A copy of your ticket can also be found by logging in to your Yuup customer account and selecting ‘my experiences’.
If you have purchased multiple tickets under one booking, please note the Yuup system will generate separate QR codes for each person to scan on arrival.
You are advised to either print a copy of your e-ticket(s) at home, or display your ticket on your mobile to be scanned at the entry gate.
If you have a ticket or booking-related question, you can contact the Yuup team via email at hello@yuup.co or by using Intercom, the instant chat function found on the Yuup homepage.
Tickets can only be purchased in advance from the Yuup website and cannot be purchased from the venue box office.
It’s a shame you can’t join us. Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you would like to pass on your tickets to someone else that is fine as long as they have access to the QR e-tickets to scan on entry.

Premium seating can be purchased for the later evening shows only.
Children under the age of three are required to sit on the lap of the adult they are attending with. Please select the 'Adult + Child Under 3 ticket which allow one adult and a child under 3 to enter.
Please note a second QR will be generated for this ticket type.
For Blue Light Card holders, we offer concession ticket option however, there's no further discount that can be added at the checkout.
Please, bear in mind, concession can be purchased only by the card holder and does not cover the rest of the group.
Timings / Arrival
We advise you to arrive in plenty of time to get through the gates and security checks prior to the start time.

- Bag searches will be in operation as well as security checks at the entrance.
- The public entrance gates are located at Ashley Down Road: BS7 9LU and Nevil Rd, Bishopston, Bristol BS7 9EJ

This is a 45-minute drone light show experience.
- Your own food & drink with the exception of a non-glass refillable water bottle

Seating
Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchair users and customers using pushchairs/prams. The Seat Unique Stadium is committed to ensuring that its venue is accessible for all customers. The Pavilion is designed for full accessibility to all areas.
Wheelchair access is available at both entrances and the open nature of the Seat Unique Stadium means that wheelchairs can be readily accommodated. If you've pre-booked Blue Badge parking, we recommend you use Ashley Down Road entrance.
If you are a wheelchair user you must select an accessible seat in the Mound Stand (row A, seat 192 - 228) at booking to ensure that you're seated in the correct viewing area for the show.

Both seat options are marked with wheelchair symbols and are colour coded. For companion seat, select orange option and for wheelchair space, select green option.
Wheelchair seats are limited, so please book tickets for yourself and your carer at the same time to ensure you are sat together.
Yes, we offer a standard complimentary ticket and discounted premium ticket for companions attending the performance with you.

You must be able to supply one of the following documentation dated within the past 12 months or with a valid date covering the event:
- Front-page of DLA letter or PIP letter
- Front-page of Attendance Allowance letter
- DID card (National Disabled Identification Card)
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight-impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
- War Disablement Pension
- A specialist medical consultant letter stating your need for additional assistance at events
In addition, copies of the following two pieces of evidence are required in order to reserve an accessible parking space:
- Valid Blue Badge
- Valid Photo ID (Driver's licence/Passport or equivalent, to validate the Blue Badge)
It is recommended that you choose a seat located towards the front of the row nearest the performance area or at the end of an aisle, as this will provide you with a little bit more space.
Accessible seating is limited but we will do our best to accommodate you at another showing.
If you cannot find any remaining accessible seating please contact the team at hello@yuup.co with your seat requirements and the team will contact you if more accessible seats become available.
At the end of the Mound Stand nearest the main entrance to the venue, there will be a small fenced compound where mobility scooters can be parked. This compound will accommodate up to 8 average-sized scooters. It immediately adjoins the entrance point to the Mound Stand where the accessible seating is located.
The ground from this point to the accessible seating is level and there are no steps between the scooter parking point and the accessible seats. If you have any questions, please speak with a member of staff when you arrive at the venue.
Facilities at Seat Unique Stadium
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased from the following bars on site, (please bring ID with you as the venue operates a Challenge 25 policy)
- Thatchers Bar and the Jessop Bar are located on the ground floor of the Pavilion
- 6 O'clock Gin and the Shack Bar can be found behind the Mound Stand, in the Food Village
There will also be a variety of food options available in the Food Village, these include:
- Multi-Unit – Burgers, chips, hotdogs
- Greek Street Food
- Pizzas – Gluten-free options available
- Coffee and Donuts
- Pieminister Pies - available from Thatchers Bar
Family-friendly fairground rides will be located next to the Food Village. Tickets for the fairground rides can be purchased on the day.

The venue is cashless and only card payments are permitted.
Just inside the entrance to the venue behind the Mark Alleyne Stand, there will be a dedicated compound where we ask you to leave your child's pushchair or buggy. This area will be fenced with a member of staff at the entrance, however, property left here is done so at your own risk. We recommend you use a wristband (available at the entrance) to label your pushchair or buggy before leaving it in the compound.
If you have any questions, please speak with a member of staff when you arrive at the venue.
Seating at Seat Unique Stadium is slightly raised up from the pitch level, has a minimal incline, and isn't too high.
Getting to Seat Unique Stadium
There is no public parking available at the Seat Unique Stadium.

There is limited blue badge parking at the venue and priority will be given to wheelchair users. Spaces can be pre-booked via email: tickets@glosccc.co.uk Please provide proof of the wheelchair space you have booked.
If you are not a wheelchair user, but would like to access blue badge parking or have any other parking related questions, please contact the venue via tickets@glosccc.co.uk and your name will be added to a waiting list for any additional spaces that become available.
The Seat Unique Stadium is easily accessible by bus: Services 17, 70, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 all run within a five-minute walk of the entrance. All buses operate at regular intervals throughout the day.
West of England FirstDay Bus Ticket Offer:
Travel to the Drone Light Show with up to 5 people of any age and get one day’s unlimited travel on all First Bus services in the West of England (excluding special event & Airport flyer services) for £10 (normally £14).
The offer is only available on the First Bus App, and can be found using the following steps:

The nearest train station to the Seat Unique Stadium is Montpelier, approximately one mile from the venue. The station has direct routes through to Bristol Temple Meads. Bristol Temple Meads has connections to Bristol Parkway.
General questions
Yes, A Christmas Carol is suitable for all ages to enjoy!
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s.
In the event of bad weather conditions, the event may be postponed and your booking will automatically be moved to a new date as explained on the Experience Listing. We will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm the new date the event will be held on.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to attend the event with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
You will not be able to bring your own food & drink with you, except a non-glass water bottle or sealed plastic bottle. There will be a number of different food and drink options available to purchase at the venue.
Yes. There are exemptions for bringing food/drink onsite if you have a health condition - please provide proof of this where possible.
